I haven't taken a picture of Potter with his lamp shade collar on. I don't have the heart to do it. When he has it on he is so pitiful. He will freeze in that spot and he will not move at all. I feel so bad for him. I am going to try to keep a very close eye on him so he doesn't have to wear it all the time. I think he knows now not to lick his stitches because every time he tries I say something. So he hasn't tried to do it as much. I do put it back on him if I can not give him my full attention. I do not want him to lick his stitches out again. I would hate for him to have to go back and be put to sleep again to get them redone. That is just terrible for him and expensive for us. I wish there was another way to keep him off of it. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to let us know. I will try anything to keep from putting that collar on him. I have even thought about putting an ace bandage on him but it covers his penis up and that would be a mess every time.
